To register for this event you must be an active member of RMSHA and have already qualified. If you have any questions about whether you have qualified, please check to make sure that you have done so before sending in these forms. All three forms must be returned together in order to register. Any attempts to register by someone who has not pre-qualified will be denied and returned to that individual.
